When I was a kid, we watched shows like He-man, GI Joe, Transformers, Go Bots, Punky Brewster, Mr. Belvedere, Family Ties, The Cosby Show, and the list goes on.
Our families didn't think twice about allowing us to watch those shows.
Today, though, Catherine and I monitor everything. I never thought that I would have to do that, monitor everything.
Of course there are kid friendly channels, but there are channels that should be family channels, where the word "ass" is used explicitly. Times have definitely changed.
What are your thoughts?
